  Role / Responsibility	Ensure the effective delivery of project activities, within approved scope, schedule, and budget, while ensuring client satisfaction.
  	Facilitating the definition of clear and attainable project objectives;
  	Developing detailed statements of work, estimates and work schedules;
  	Actively managing on-going projects, ensuring priorities are met and business alignment of team activities;
  	Providing guidance and best practice on all aspects of enterprise application implementation, including planning, analysis, design, build, test and transition;
  	Monitoring performance and recommending schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions
  	Ensuring team adherence to policies, procedures, standards and guidelines;
  	Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  Specifics	Proven experience managing the implementation of an ERP system.
  	Demonstrated ability to build consensus in multi-stakeholder projects, and drive complex projects to successful completion on time, on budget, and with the expected level of quality.
  	Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  	Excellent organizational skills; detail and deadline oriented.
  	Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  	Project Management Professional accreditation or equivalent would be an asset.
  	Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
  	Experience leading a Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation would be an asset.
  	Experience managing the implementation of enterprise systems such as reporting, collaboration, records management, etc. would be an asset.
  Ideal Candidate	10+ years relevant experience in a large I.T. Environment;
  	5+ years experience managing I.T. projects with a focus on enterprise systems.
  	University degree in computer science, business administration or equivalent.
  	Project Management Professional accreditation or equivalent.
  	Experience within the industrial services or construction industries;
  	You demonstrate an uncompromising commitment to Health and Safety.
  Technical Skills	Knowledge of Service module (Case entity specifically).
  	Basic knowledge of SSIS.
  	JavaScript, workflow, and plugin.
  	Web API and services
  	Debugging of plugin and JavaScript code as mostly its support and enhancing the previously written code.
  	End to end Implementation: minimum 3 or more with international and domestic as well.
  	Onsite experience with Implementation Projects
  	Should work on D362 and AX 2012 development
  	SOLID/OOPS principles
  	AX Architecture
  	X++ Custom service designing
  	SSRS
  	experience with DIXF / Data management
  	experience with AIF and Integration
  Modules	Project management
  	Budget Control
  	Management Reporter
  	Integration with ISV
  Soft Skills	Communication and interpersonal skills
