Job Description: Our client is one of the leading Microsoft Dynamics / ERP Consulting Company with offices in North America and Asia Pacific. They have offices in Oakville-ON, Canada, India, Singapore, and United States. They service manufacturing, distribution and retail clients in the pharma, F&B and cannabis companies across the Globe. They are growing and currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual for our Sales and Marketing team. This is a full-time position and will report to the COO of our ERP / ISV Practice in Canada. The Sales Director role is responsible for increasing solutions sales within existing and new customers / client base and for increasing account penetration and market share. The person should be self-driven and be willing to grow with the company and can work with our clients to help find solutions to their ERP / IT Solutions / Business Transformation needs. The interaction with the customers / partners and prospects will include booking face to face appointments and setup online presentations, regular follow-ups, and other sales support to sales and pre-sales team to close the software and services projects and deals.
SALES TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contact current and potential customers by reaching out to them with inside sales team’s help.
- Help marketing team in setting up multi-touch campaigns – emails, blogs, and other multi-media posts to generate interest and traffic towards our Solutions and Services.
- Manage accounts as Account Manager during and post implementation.
- Qualify each customer/prospect to determine sales potential, and develop a strategy for pricing, product line, and other areas.
- Analyze customer’s IT solution needs and historical trends to grow sales in areas of opportunity in the Manufacturing, Pharma, Cannabis and Retail space.
- Maintains courteous, harmonious professional relationships with appropriate parties.
- Build and maintains leads in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for net new and existing clients for additional solution selling.
- Maintains their own documentation (i.e., price lists, product catalogues, etc.) up to date.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

- College degree preferred with over 2 years of sales and marketing experience in software / IT sector.
- Minimum of 2 years commission / bonus-based sales experience required.
- Excellent telephone etiquettes, above average verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Being bilingual is a plus (French/English)
- Knowledge of Microsoft CRM is a must
- Knowledge of Pharma / Cannabis and / or Retail industries will be a plus
- Sales experience in the IT / ERP / Software field preferred
- Any equivalent combination of experience/education will be considered
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written
