Key Qualifications:
- 5-8 years Design / Dev experience with Dynamics CRM is a must, Dynamics CRM Online preferred
- Experience in Dynamics CRM development/customization/plugins/workflow development/Javascript development/Migration/Security etc.
- Experience in developing Dynamics CRM reports and dashboards.
- Knowledge of the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote.
- Familiarity with Data Export Service and Azure SQL.
- Experience working with consulting services industry or salesforce automation/project service automation solutions.
- Microsoft .Net software engineering development arena, utilizing Object oriented Analysis, Design and Programming.
- Have good working knowledge of the following: .Net/ ASP.Net, C#, SQL Server SSRS, SSIS (SQL 2005/2008) , Javascript.
- Very good understanding of N tier web architecture.
- At least 2 implementation projects in past 2 years. Experience of Migration project (from one version of MS Dynamics CRM to another) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum exposure to 2 product versions.
- Upgrade Project Experience.
- Integration Experience.
- Good experience in building digital experience for customer by integrating systems across business landscape using Web Services SOAP and REST Dynamics API’s
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Should have valid passport
Job Responsibility for these roles will include:
- Leading or participating in design and architecture sessions with key business users, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the system.
- Architecting the CRM system, related customizations and reports to model the business organizational process
- Advising business users on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes.
- Balance business users requests and requirements with technical constraints
- Writing technical specifications for planned work
- Mocking up specifications for our overseas Live Services team, and facilitating the completion, testing and deployment of development projects
- Installing and maintaining versions of 3rd party products such as Click Dimensions, Linked In and Inside View
- Building and configuring CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows
- Developing SSRS reports using Microsoft SQL and Fetch XML.
- Working closely with BI project teams or other resources for completion of projects related to the CRM system.
- Working with internal support members to resolve technical issues with servers, ETL packages, SQL, SSRS and other related technologies to the internal CRM system.
- Maintain code repository, VSTS backlog and source control.
- Effectively utilize SDK and 3rd party tools such as XRM Toolbox for administration of CRM system.
- Regularly communicating with the Business Systems Manager and business users on the status of issues and projects.
