Roles and Responsibilities:
• 0-2 years of experience into end-to-end recruitment (Tech. hiring) along with other HR Operations activities.
• Sourcing profiles from various avenues including internal, job portals, social media & employee referrals.
• Maintain pertinent applicants and interview data and generate reports.
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible as assignments or requisition volume changes.
• Ability to engage passive candidates and generate referrals and additional leads
• Ability to work independently with limited direction
• Experience on Visa processing for APAC/Canada/US will definitely consider as plus.
Skills required:
• Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word and outlook
• Proven work experience in extensive, fast-paced Tech hiring
• Ability to identify and pursue best candidates with fitment to the culture of the company.
• Ability to draw up a long-term staffing plan and work to filling it in a time-bound manner.
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong people evaluation and decision-making skills
• A high level of ownership and a proactive approach is a must
