Role:
• Serve as Lead for the planning and management of enhancements enterprise business system
• Facilitate change management processes
• Set and communicate priorities for activities and project.
• Represent EBS in release management activities
• Support the Director in the development of near- and long-term plans and strategies for growth and improvement enterprise business systems
Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and maintain the EBS Enhancement/Backlog management process
• Create and maintain a backlog of enhancements to the Customer First solution
• Managing and setting priorities for Business System Architects, master data, User Engagement and Enablement and technical backlog/enhancements.
• Facilitate the submission of change requests to approving authorities • Serve as EBS liaison to active program Design Authority meetings, IT sponsored change management processes and meetings and other change management activities as appropriate
• Serve as primary EBS point of contact in IT release management activities including definition, planning and management
• Review business process documentation and identify changes required to functional specifications for new and changed processes. Collaborate with appropriate Business Solution Architects to support revision of impacted documents
• Collaborate with IT counterparts and Business Solution Architects to facilitate development of detailed technical specifications to support new or changed functional specifications
• Engage appropriate Business Process Owner teams to support analysis of enhancement requests and gather input for road mapping, portfolio and other planning activities
• Support the Director, EBS in the development of governance presentations, recommendations for project portfolios, roadmaps and investment plans as required Requirements:
• 8+ Years of SAP system experience, in a technical or process role
• 5+ Years supporting a utility industry process model (Electric, Gas and/or Water), including regulated and investor owned
• Experience leading teams, including planning, setting work priorities, managing performance and cross-team collaboration
• Experience supporting program, portfolio and/or enterprise level planning activities
• 1-2 years practical experience applying agile methods and principles to manage work at the project or program level (with emphasis on backlog management and program increment level planning)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the ITIL (or similar) and SDLC
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
