The position has been created to provide strategic guidance in implementing D365 end-to-end Supply Chain processes (Manufacturing). This role will coordinate with each of the functional teams to provide leadership on solutions related to all Supply Chain processes.
Essential Functions:
• Experience implementing end-to-end D365 Finance and Supply Chain projects.
• Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical model, and match processes to application requirements
• Work with the technical team to make sure that all supply chain management and operations needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions.
• Solid understanding of financial accounting principles as they relate to the manufacturing, Production, MRP, supply chain, Order to Cash, and Purchase to Pay including reporting to support analysis of variances to labor, material, and overhead costs.
• Define D365 Supply Chain functional requirements, user stories, and design documents that developers can use for configuration.
• Demonstrate and enhance supply chain management concepts and research techniques, to exercise discretion and make judgments on how to configure the system.
• Plan and schedule meeting agenda, participants, and execution.
• Requirements gathering, quantifying business case, and defining system/functional goals.
• Write technical procedures and documentation for the applications including operations, user guide, etc.
• Provide leadership in solving complex problems and driving innovation to improve overall efficiency within the cost management function.
• Maintaining communication between the implementation team and the finance subject matter experts (SME)
• Identify opportunities to improve the use of the solution.
• Train end-users on efficient use of the solution, share ‘tips and tricks.
• Provide support at deployment and post-go-live to end-users.
• Resolve issues throughout the development & configuration life cycle (DevOps)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of related experience and education.
• 7+ years Sr. Functional Consultant experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing.
• Experience participating in all stages of multiple Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations implementation projects.
• Expertise in writing functional specifications, gap documents, and training materials.
• Strong project management skills with effective results focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures, and guidelines to support operational processes.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment, in a high-pressure on-call environment with changing priorities.
• Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
Must have:
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certified Consultant for Supply Chain Management (MB-330 & MB 320)
• 7+ years experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing.
• Fluent in BOMS, Shop Floor, and MRP practices.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a combination of related experience and education.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience participating in all stages of multiple D365 Finance and Supply Chain implementation projects.
• Expertise in writing functional specifications, gap documents, and training materials.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
